Utils for compressing public key.

Import necessary classes from the Web3j and kaia libraries(web3j-ext)

For convert from compressed public key to an AccountPublicKey with {x, y} format, use AccountKeyPublicUtils.decompressKey

For compressing AccountKeyPublic to compressed public key string, uses AccountKeyPublicUtils.toCompressedPublicKey
