KRW Stablecoin Architecture: A Blueprint for KRW-Pegged Stablecoin Infrastructure

While regulatory discussions are currently underway, specific technical and operational blueprints for actual system implementation remain relatively underdeveloped.

This document focuses on the technical and operational elements necessary for real-world application. It first outlines core technical requirements, including smart contract control functions, wallet and custody structures, back-office infrastructure for issuance and redemption, KYC/AML monitoring, and node/RPC reporting. It then details how these technical components expand into a robust framework for "Operation and Control"—defining separation of duties, approval workflows, exception handling, emergency mode transitions, and auditable logging and reporting systems.
